Ford 1510 Tractor Maintenance
The
Ford 1510 is a 2WD or 4WD compact utility tractor from Ten compact series. This
model was manufactured by Shibaura built between 1983 and 1986. The components
of Ford 1510 powerline system: Shibaura K773 three-cylinder liquid cooled diesel
engine and 12x4 unsynchronized gear transmission, or 12x4 partially synchronized
gear transmission.
A 68.2 cu.in engine power is 22 hp (16.4 kW), and maximum torque is 58
Nm (43 lb-ft) at 1600 rev/min. The maximum forward speed - 12.5 mph (20.1
km/h), max. reverse speed - 10.3 mph (16.5 km/h).
The open center hydraulic system includes a gear pump with fluid flow
rate of 6.6 gpm (25 lpm). The main relief pressure is 147 bar (2135
psi). The 2-wheel drive models are equipped with 4.00x15 or 25x8.50-12
front tires and 9.50x24 rear tires. The 6.00x14 or 25x8.50-14 front
tires and 9.50x24 rear tires are used for tractors with 4-wheel drive.
The wheelbase is 63" (1600 mm).
Compatible attachments for the Ford 1510 tractor: a 60" mid-mount
3-blade mower deck, 60" rear-mount two-stage snowblower with a hydraulic
lift, Ford 770A front end loader with a max lift height of 87" (2200
mm), and Ford 757A backhoe with a digging depth of 76.5" (1940 mm).
